Metaforic to Exhibit at RSA 2010, San Francisco

Metaforic returns to RSA

Metaforic will be demonstrating their revolutionary MetaFortress and a series of new products during the RSA Convention in San Francisco from 1st to 5th March 2010.

Since their previous successful appearance at RSA 2009, Metaforic has signed up their first customers and the MetaFortress Anti-Tamper solution has begun to protect applications and IP across a range of market sectors on Embedded and Enterprise platforms.

Customers in the Video Game and EDA software markets have seen stronger application protection than ever before, in some cases protecting applications running on what had been assumed to be 100% compromised systems.

The family of Metaforic tools has direct application in some of the most pirated software sectors and demonstrates that the company's core technology shows unique strengths, while retaining unrivalled ease of use.

Metaforic will also announce new products with direct benefits to existing and new market sectors, the complete family of Metaforic solutions demonstrate a commitment to helping our customer protect their own IP, manage access to their users' benefit, such that they can protect their business models and potentially develop new revenue opportunities.

Metaforic provides solutions for protection of all types of software including License Management Systems, Embedded & Desktop Applications, Data Loss Prevention Systems, and Client/Server Applications. With its revolutionary technology, Metaforic offers the highest level of protection with the lowest possible performance impact.

SILICON VALLEY VETERAN JOINS METAFORIC BOARD

Former Macrovision CEO Bill Krepick to Help Anti-Tamper Software Company Position Itself for Next Phase of Growth

SAN JOSE, Calif. — May 27, 2009 — Metaforic, a leading provider of anti-tamper solutions, today announced that Bill Krepick, former CEO of Macrovision Corporation, will take on the role of Chairman of the Board of the Metaforic Board of Directors.

Krepick is a widely respected and deeply experienced technology executive who brings extensive software security market knowledge to Metaforic. Krepick, who currently serves as a board member on the Company’s advisory board, will assume the position of chairman of the board immediately.

“Bill will be invaluable to us as we head into our next phase of rapid growth,” said Andrew McLennan, CEO, Metaforic. “Bill brings a wealth of real world security market expertise to us that will enable us to scale our company as we deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations. The Metaforic flagship product is designed to thwart tampering, hacking, and piracy of third party software, games, and embedded systems.”

“Metaforic is one of the most exciting companies I’ve looked at in the last few years,” said Bill Krepick. “They’re off to a fast start in their market and their MetaFortress product solves one of the most pervasive and serious problems facing the games and software industries today. Having served on their advisory board, I’m very familiar with their technology and approach to the anti-tamper problem. As Chairman of the Board of directors, I look forward to working closely with Andrew, his team, and the investors during this next phase of the company’s growth.”

Mr. Krepick retired from Macrovision Corporation as its CEO in 2005 after leading the company from a small single technology private company through its IPO in 1997 and transforming Macrovision through internal growth and acquisitions to achieve annual revenues over $200M and a market cap of over $1 billion. Under his leadership Macrovision evolved from exclusively a content protection company to a broader software value management and digital entertainment enabling company.

Krepick holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with a BSME (Pi Tau Sigma honors) and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
