METAFORIC ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF £5 MILLION FUNDING ROUND

Metaforic raises additional funding from all existing investors as well as new investor SEP

GLASGOW, Scotland. — April 4th, 2011 — Metaforic, the innovative software security company, today announced that it received further funding to drive growth and increase investment in sales & marketing. Led by SEP, the investment was joined by previous investors Pentech Ventures, the Scottish Investment Bank's Venture Fund, and employees.
