Metaforic team expands with the appointment of accomplished Silicon Valley veteran Costello

SAN JOSE, CA. — July 1st, 2011 — Metaforic, the innovative software security company, today announced that it has appointed Bruce Costello as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, reporting directly to CEO Dan Stickel. Working with CMO and founder Andrew McLennan, Costello will continue to build a global professional sales team serving existing and new markets.

Costello has decades of executive sales management experience, leading teams focused on delivering customer value and enabling large transaction wins. Costello was formerly VP Sales at Cadence and a Cadence Fellow, and has also served as VP Sales at Synfora and Right Hemisphere. Costello has been responsible for closing hundreds of millions of dollars in new business over the course of his career.
